What Defines Our Culture?
For us, it’s about creating a workplace where creativity and collaboration meet, where innovation and inclusion drive us forward, and where we don’t forget to have fun along the way. Back in January, we asked our team directly: What defines our culture? Here’s what they said:

What’s Happened Since Then?
Since conducting the survey in January, we’ve continued the discussions in smaller groups to better understand and refine our culture. We’ve also taken the next step by implementing Winningtemp, a platform that helps us continuously gather and act on feedback from our team. With Winningtemp, we can quickly assess how we’re doing as a company, identify areas for improvement, and ensure we’re supporting each other in the best possible way.

Moving Forward Together
This initiative is part of our ongoing effort to build the workplace we aspire to be – one where everyone feels valued, heard and engaged. Our culture is all about people – the passion, endurance, and collaboration that each individual brings. Together, we celebrate our successes, learn from our challenges and grow every day.
